Sterling Creek is a locally owned and operated real estate investment company here in Lubbock, Texas. We opened our doors in 2008 and have been growing ever since. Sterling Creek now has over 90 rental homes in Lubbock. We noticed an opportunity to provide student and family housing that is nicely renovated, spacious and pet friendly. We go above and beyond to add amenities to make our homes inviting and great for entertaining!

Sterling Creek takes pride in our homes and customer service. We put maintenance issues at the top of our list, and do everything we can to repair any issues as soon as possible when they do come up. We focus on homes that are within biking distance to Texas Tech University, but we also have spacious homes that are great for families!
